You recommended your geometra team to us and they agreed to meet us at very short notice. We presented them with our very complex purchase with incomplete documents and asked their advice and opinion. They were absolutely brilliant. Polite, patient, careful and very, very clear. Excellent English. Their passion for what they do was evident and we really enjoyed them. They put themselves out for us with no prospect of gain because we are buying outside their area and they won't be drawn! We went away absolutely delighted with the service but feeling guilty because we felt we'd been under-charged. We felt awkward about insisting on paying more because we didn't want to be rude! When we met our own geometra we were able to ask the right questions and get the right answers. We have had the contract amended to deal with the issues and we are now so much more confident.
