"We purchased a property in a small hillside village called Convalle. The refurbishment included; total clearance of the extensive cantina, removal of part of a wall and plastering as needed, rewiring, new bathroom roof, re-tiling and plumbing of same bathroom, new kitchen, exposure of beams in two of the three bedrooms, sandblasting throughout, new staircase, cleaning and refurbishment of existing floors, decoration throughout, replacement of glass in existing windows and painting of the front of our house in a traditional colour.

We have now had the pleasure of spending our first four nights in our house after the delivery of the majority of our furniture. Our (Italian ) neighbour who refurbished his own house last year commented on the efficiency of our refurbishment.
