A small stone house hidden away in woodlands, and reached via a white road of about 2 km.

The house is set up rather like a hunting lodge, and is very simple and rustic. Downstairs are two rooms, both with stone floors. One has a fireplace and used as a kitchen and sitting room, and the other as a dining room. Simple wooden steps lead to two bedrooms with bare wood floors. At present there is no bathroom, but two small extensions are being built to provide a bathroom downstairs and another one en-suite upstairs.

There is a fenced garden surrounding the house. Adjoining the house is a covered terrace with a wood fired bread/pizza oven, giving a relaxed area to eat out. There is also water supplied to the terrace, and plenty of room to have a BBQ.

The property comes with 8 hectares of woodland.

There is no mains water or electricity to the property. Water comes from a spring on the accompanying land above the house and the lighting is solar powered. We understand that mains electricity should arrive sometime, as sufficient local property owners have requested the provision of the service.

Please note that property is not currently registered as a dwelling, but as a barn. This does not prevent its use as a residence, but does mean that property taxes will be higher and that if sold on, it will not be as a habitable house but as a converted barn.
