Viewing Property

If you would like to view one or more of the properties listed here please contact us to make an appointment.

We prefer, for both your benefit and ours, to work with you to build a list of suitable properties for you to view before you go to Italy. This ensures that our local partner is available at the dates and times you request and allows them to make any arrangements necessary to gain access to the properties you want to see.

As we only arrange for property viewings to be conducted by a mediatore (licensed property agent), as is required under Italian law, it is helpful if you can give us as much advance notice as possible unless you can be flexible as to date and time.
